Being a keen surfer, skateboarder, mountain biker and rugby player over the last thirty-five years, his body has seen its fair share of sports injury, postural issues, muscle aches, pains and niggles.

 

It is the same injuries and problems he now wants to prevent, maintain and aid in the recovery of with others.
