Master Of Osteopathy 

Debbie initially began her career as a Personal trainer, her training began with Premier Training international in 2006. After obtaining her level 3 in personal training and Sports massage therapy Debbie started working in to health and fitness facilities in Swansea – LIFE Health and Fitness and Machynys Golf and Country Club.

From here Debbie went on to work as an Exercise referral specialist with Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea Council – Working with patients from a huge variety of backgrounds allows Debbie to take on almost any challenge.

​

During the winter of 2010 Debbie used her passion for helping people and combined it with her other passion for skiing and snowboarding. This allowed her to become a Sports therapist in a Ski resort in Morzine, France.

​

Unsatisfied with her amazing achievements to date Debbie began another challenge. 2012 saw her Enrol on a Masters degree in Osteopathy. The in depth anatomy, physiology and huge amounts of information and practical challenges were just what Debbie needed.

​

In 2016 Debbie completed her Masters Degree and qualified with a First Class Honours In Osteopathy and Finished with the Student of the Year award. The qualification and experience so far has seen Debbie treat a host of clients, ranging from elite athletes, professional sports persons, pregnant, elderly right through to amateur athletes and hobbyists. Every new patient  Debbie encounters advances her experience further.

Debbie’s passion for keeping healthy sees her regularly attend Crossfit, yoga and the beach to surf. Her knowledge from the personal training aspect along with her sports massage and osteopathy experience allows her to tailor the perfect treatment plan for every patient.
